OfficeShakeUp has added a new feature to help managers motivate their team!  Video Shake Ups are short motivational videos that you can add to your morning meeting to pump your team up for the day!  You can even send them to your team to get them pumped up when they are feeling down and out!

Sometimes as managers we are at a loss for words so it isn’t a bad idea to let the likes of Michael Jordan, Vince Lombardi, Bill Stewart, and Al Pacino motivate your team.  It just may be the spark one of your employees needs to get into gear!
